Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing for international orders.
Our Return Policy
We want you to love your Roxy Cloth Store purchases! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have all original tags and packaging attached
- Include proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Swimsuits and bikinis (unless defective and with hygiene seal intact)
All swimwear purchases are final sale once the hygiene seal is removed.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item you’d like to return.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack your return in the original packaging if possible, including all tags.
- Ship Your Return: Send your package to our warehouse at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
Important Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost ($12.95) will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange Process
Prefer a different size or color? Here’s how exchanges work:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the new item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the new item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
