At Roxy Cloth Store, we want you to love your beach-ready outfits and urban-chic tops as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags and packaging attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimsuits (unless defective). All swimwear purchases are final sale once the hygiene seal is removed.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package your item securely in the original packaging if possible, including all tags.
- Ship your return to our warehouse at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and for orders that qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost ($12.95) will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the new item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the new item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference

Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective:
- Swimsuits and bikinis (if the hygiene seal has been removed)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
